The Court of Appeals nullifies the warrant of arrest and the decision of the lower court.

This is a temporary relief for Mikee Romero who stole money worth P3.4M from Harbor Centre Port Terminal Inc. using Felicia Aquino and his minions. It is shameful for this bragging billionaire to hide while Felicia Aquino was in jail.

If Mikee Romero is truly an innocent person then why did he hid himself from arrest and appear after the CA nullifies the decision of Judge Cicero Jurado of the lower court? What did he do or offer to the Court of Appeals that made them nullify his case?

He is being hunted by the government officials after the regional trial court found him guilty from the charge of theft.

According to the RTC judge, he, his conspirator Felicia Aquino, is guilty of stealing P3.4M money from his father’s company. Harbor Center Port Terminal Inc. Mikee Romero issued 18 checks under the name of Felicia Aquino and National Food Authority. The HCPTI do not have business with the National Food Authority.

He is now trying to get favorable responses from the Department of Justice by convincing them in pursuing a withdrawal of cases to favor their case.

His money still working while he is in hiding.

His congressional staffs claim that they know the whereabouts of their principal.
